📌 Order Cancellation
Orders placed with HomeBake can be cancelled only within a limited time period after confirmation.
⏳ Cancellation Time Limit
Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of order confirmation. Requests after this period will not be accepted as preparation may already have started.
❌ Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that are customized, personalized, or already prepared cannot be cancelled.
💰 Refund on Cancellation
If an order is cancelled within the allowed time, any eligible refund will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
⚠️ Last-Minute Cancellations
HomeBake reserves the right to refuse refunds for last-minute cancellation requests.
