🍰 Nature of Products
All products at HomeBake are freshly baked and made to order. Due to the perishable nature of bakery items, returns are generally not accepted.
❌ Return Policy
We do not accept returns once the order is delivered. Please ensure all order details are correct at the time of placing the order.
💰 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
• Wrong item delivered
• Product damaged during delivery
• Order not delivered
⏳ Refund Request Duration
Any refund request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
🔁 Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
